- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I set an appointment a week a head of time. I waited in the lobby area for about 45 seconds. YES, 45 seconds! Kelly was the clerk who took care of the title transfer and new registration for my vehicle. She was efficient and a pleasure to talk to. My overall experience was a "pleasant" one. Never thought I'd say that...ever. My advice: Get out of the stone age's of the old DMV and make an appointment! It's a better use of everyone's time.
